Planning for the surgery usually involves input from a multidisciplinary team.

Beautiful Chinese Girl "Chin Ran"

She actually had wide cheekbone, squared jaw, round chin, and flat face.

It's me before surgery. :o

I really hated my face shape.

My cheekbone gets even wider when i smile.

So i don't have any picture making big smile.

I always covered my angular face with long hair.

Meanwhile, i got to know TL Plastic Surgery.

I checked all the before and after pictures and i got to trust the doctors.

I was really excited on the ways to Korea thinking that i wouldn't need my long hair to cover my face.

What surgery did she undergo?

It was not easy for me to do a surgery in Korea as i'm foreigner.

I told all my concern to the doctor and he explained the details of surgery method.

I thought my problem is only the facial shape but i also had flatness on my face.

So the doctor also recommended fat injection with power-v surgery to make more v-line after the bone surgery.

I believe i could get the ideal baby face after surgery.

After surgery

Check how she is changed.

It has been 7 days after surgery.

I couldn't sleep well until 3rd day because of the swelling.

But it got better everyday.

On the 7th day, the bruising turned to yellow and swelling was going down.

It was not comfortable to eat something so i didn't eat well.

But the doctor said i have to eat for fast recovery so i started to drink soy milk and eat porridge.

3weeks after surgery

It is definitely different from the first week.

I still have some swelling but i can see the v-line! Yehey!

4weeks after surgery

I tried to wear the garment as much as possible.

5 weeks after surgery

I cannot believe i can put all the hair back.

The fat injection made volume on the forehead.

I don't want to cover my face anymore.

6 weeks after surgery.

I still have minor swelling.

It makes me more happy because i'm already satisfied with the result but it can be more beautiful after all the swelling subsided.

I love the nose line and the smooth facial line.

And now?

My life totally got changed.

I often hear that i look younger unlike before.

I can change my hair as i want.

I appreciate TL Plastic Surgery so much.

They made me to love myself more.

She has a perfect body except small breast

Why did she visit TL Plastic Surgery?

I am a fitting model in online shopping mall. I can make good pose and any type of attire suit on me. But i am not confident whenever i wear bikini. I want to be perfect so i visited TL Plastic Surgery

I was very nervous. I had consultation with Dr.Yim before surgery. He draw a design for my breast. He gave me a good before surgery.

Surgery Information

My breast was saggy and asymmetry, it was small though.

I had tear drop implant for my breast and the incision site was under line of the breast.

The size of implant is 275cc and i could achieve size C from size A.

After Surgery

After 1 month

I feel like it is a miracle!

I bought a brazier size cup B. But i have to change the size. hahaha

OMG, i got cup C!

I cannot wear the brazier yet but was wondering how it looks like with the bra so i tried for a moment. hehe

I am happy with the scar healing. It is not so obvious already.

After 3 months

I'm buying many bikinis. I look glamorous even with boxy t-shirts.

After 4 months

I don't have any discomfort now. The breast suit on me and my friends envy me.

I love the result and i'm so happy right now.

My simple and flat face, nobody thinks i'm pretty.

The part i mostly hated was my face shape.

People think round face looks young but my face is more like squared and i really don't like it.

I had rhinoplasty before but it is still ugly and my eyes look sleepy.

What surgery did she receive?
