Consultation before the surgery

I have been considering the mammoplasty for years because I have such small breasts, and they are uneven each other! Maybe people with same sized breasts would not understand me, but it is quite embarrassing and a stressful situation.

I searched many clinics and asked people around me for an advice.

I had consultations at three different clinics and finally decided TL plastic surgery for my surgery.

1 week after the surgery

Before my surgery, I was advised to stay in a good condition, so I ate a lot of highly nutritious food. The surgery was quick. I fell asleep, and the surgery was done when I woke up. (Haha)

There was a thick dressing around my chest. I felt stiff whenever I tried to move, but the pain was bearable.

After about a week since my surgery, I took out the shaping bra and put patches on my nipples.

My breasts look bigger, and they are same size!

At first I wanted the bigger size, but my doctor recommended the right size for my body. I think his suggestion was the best fit for me. It is just right. I am so happy now!

My height: 160cm, my weight: 45kg

2 weeks after the surgery

Today, I tried the bra which I used to wear before the surgery. Gosh~ it is too small right now.

B-cup bra was little bit tight, so I think C-cup bra would be good for my new breasts. ^^

Since I heard that the good care during the early recovery stage determines the shape of the breasts, I was being very careful whenever I was and whatever I did.

Even though the water-drop implants are quite expensive, they look so natural and worth the money. I am very satisfied with the result!

1 month after the surgery

When I met my friends, they were even more excited about my surgery. They were very curious and asking me about the hospital. Lol.

I thought the texture of my new breasts would feel firm during the early recovery stage. However, they felt fine, soft and mushy, like my own breasts. Well…maybe just slightly hard, but I heard that the texture will get better throughout the recovery phase. ^^

2 months after the surgery

I got used to my new breasts now. Texture got definitely better than before. The incision line under my armpit is getting well healed. 

Since the surgery, I enjoy looking myself in the mirror, without the bra. HAHAHAHA. I think my waist line seems to look slimmer because of the bigger breasts. I am in love with these babies! (>_<) Ahh~ I cannot wait to wear the sexy underwear and the bikini~! 

3 months after the surgery

I think my recovery progress is going well. The size is just right, and they are not firm to touch.

Well…there is still a surgical mark under the armpit, but my doctor said it will take about 1 year to fade. So I constantly apply the medication!

When I am naked or wear T-shirt, my breasts look stunning in all ways. Even my mom said my breasts look pretty. ^^

I compared my new look to my old look, and guess what, it was like looking at the opposite conditions. Hahaha. I really think that water drop implants are better for the natural look and texture! xD

Why did she visit TL Plastic Surgery?

I am a fitting model in online shopping mall. I can make good pose and any type of attire suit on me. But i am not confident whenever i wear bikini. I want to be perfect so i visited TL Plastic Surgery

I was very nervous. I had consultation with Dr.Yim before surgery. He draw a design for my breast. He gave me a good before surgery. 

Surgery Information

My breast was saggy and asymmetry, it was small though.

I had tear drop implant for my breast and the incision site was under line of the breast.

Why did she visit TL plastic surgery?

It's very awkward to say it by myself but i often hear that i am pretty and i got nice body. But i got this secret that i really don't want to tell anyone. My only one secret is small breast.
My small breast seem like sagging. I always put some thick pad on the brazier to hide my small breast. So i finally decided to do a breast augmentation for my 30 years old birthday gift.

 WHY! Did i visit TL Plastic Surgery? 

My flat breast has been the biggest concern since when i was young. :( Even the people i first met pointed out my small breast, and it was so stressful!! I could only wear boxy T-shirts during summer to hid my body shape... Then, My friend had breast surgery at TL Plastic surgery, and it was sooooooo soft and natural when i touched them! BEFORE SURGERY

 What surgery did i receive? 

 Once i decided to have breast augmentation, I've been to many plastic surgery clinic for breast consultation.

I've been to famous clinic, big clinic, and TL Plastic Surgery was one of them where my friend had breast augmentation.

My surgery information

Body type : Normal body type with asymmetric breasts

Implant : Teardrop implant / 295cc

Incision : Inframammry fold 

Breast size : 75A ▶ C 

After surgery 

Post Operation 1week After the surgery, it was so hard to move my body. My breast were wrapped around with the bandage, and i felt nothing when i touched them. 3 days after, bandage were unwrapped for a while for check-up, and it was so big! :) A week after, i started to wear correction bra and it was much more comfortable! I showed to my mother, and she liked my beast too.

Post Operation 2weeks I met the doctor today for check-up. Doctor said they looks great! I didn't need to remove the stitches since doctor only used medical bond on the surface. Doctor told me to keep wearing correction bra for 1-2 months more. I also had after care for the fast recovery. The nurse were so kind and the care was so good. :)

Post Operation 3 weeks The nurse told me that i have less swelling than average. She also said, It usually takes anout 1 year to be normal like my original breast. I still feel awkward but i love it!
I keep applying the scar care tapes on the scar area. I hope my scar to fade away as soon as possible. :)






















Post Operation 1 month 
Shape and the texture of my breast is still a bit awkward, but i don't feel any pain and don't have any discomfort. I should be more patient!

I was worried about the size because i though it might be too big. But i f had smaller implant, i would have regretted. I'm so glad i listened to the doctor.
Now, I can wear any clothes! No more boxy t-shirts.





























Post Operation 2 - 4 months Now, I don't feel any discomfort. They are just like my original breast.:)
I can feel that my breast got so softer than before as well.
I also feel like my breast got smaller because swelling subsided.
It means breast looks more natural!
I can't wait for the summer to show off my new breast! :)

Post Operation 5-6 months It has been 6 months already. Wow, I feel like surgery was only yesterday! It was amazing experience to see my breast's change everyday.

I started to wear normal wire bra from post operation 3 months. It takes time to be natural, and now 6 months after the surgery, they looks and feels natural just like original breast!

I would love to recommend breast augmentation to people who has same concern as i used to have! Thanks for the doctor and staffs at TL Plastic Surgery once again. :)
