How did she change her round face to sharp v-line face?

I often hear that if i am angry. People think i am unkind person. But actually i'm not angry or unkind. It is because of my  saggy cheek and double chin that make my face look sad. Whatever i do to remove the fat on my chin, nothing helped me to lose the fat.

 Surgery day 

I was really nervous. Even the staffs and nurses could feel i was nervous. They tried to make me calm down. 

When i was on the surgery bed, i directly fell asleep after i hear the nurse that i will fall asleep.

 3 days and 5 days after surgery 

Swelling is always maximized 2 - 3 days after surgery. Look, i'm really swollen after 3 days.

 On the 3rd day, i was able to remove the bandage.

I think i already could see the effect. 

 10 days after surgery 

I'm wearing the pressure garment everyday. 

I'm really amazed with the result. I could have this sharp jaw line without bone surgery. 

I'm really satisfied! Yay!! ^^

 2 weeks after surgery 

I had some bruising on the leg where the doctor extracted fat for fat injection.

I thought the bruise will remain long time but it disappeared already.

I'm really happy to look at the mirror because of my small and sharp face. 

 3 weeks after surgery 

It has been 3 weeks already.

I feel like the pressure garment gives getting slimmer effect. So i'm still wearing the garment as much as possible.

 2 - 3 months after surgery 

I got secondary fat injection. 

I can feel the fat survival rate is better than the first injection.

It's been a week already and major swelling is gone! I have been wearing the pressure puller around my face like the instruction and mostly resting at home. I can see the contour hidden under my face. Yay!

2 weeks after

I am going for a walk to help with swelling. My beautiful new cheekbone and jaw are looking very good! My overall image is more feminine now. :)

3 weeks after

I can resume my normal life routine. :)

Perfect doll-like girl!

My name is Kim and I'm 23 years old.

The below picture is my before and after picture.

Why did i do plastic surgery?

And why did i choose TL Plastic Surgery?

I was not that ugly but i had big face.

I think my wide cheek bone, asymmetric jaw, and long chin made my face big. Before surgery, i always looked the webpage of different plastic surgery clinics.

And i finally found my ideal look in TL plastic surgery's webpage. The surgery models were so beautiful and they had my ideal look. I had nose job before but i wasn't satisfied and i hated my wide cheekbone, asymmetry jaw, and long chin.

What surgery did i undergo?

nose job revision since i didn't like my previous nose.

AFTER SURGERY :

1 week after surgery

The swelling was a lot until the 3rd day and i wasn't able to talk properly.

So i didn't want to go out.

After 1 week, everything was easier.

After 2 weeks

Big swelling has gone.

It is easier to open my mouth. :)

After 1 month

I don't have any problem eating any food except something hard.

And my friends keep telling me that i got very pretty. X)

The numbness is disappearing and i can feel slowly.

That was only my concern for my bone surgery but now, i don't worry.

After 2 months

Do you see my defined eye shape and nose, and sharp jaw line?

My chin got shorten and the wide cheekbone is gone. hehe 

After 3 months 

Most of swelling is subsided!

People say i got a doll-like face. hahaha

Consultation before the surgery

Hello^^ I am Vivian.

From now on, I am going to tell you about my surgery experience~

Like you can see in my pictures, I have a wide face with protruding cheek bone and strong jaw. Additionally, my nose is big like a guy’s, and my forehead is flat. (T_T)

Thus, I always covered my face with a lot of makeup whenever I go out….

I wanted to be free from all the appearance stresses, and plastic surgery was my answer!

Operation day

After the consultation with a doctor, my operation date was scheduled on April 10th at 10am.

Even until the operation day, I tried to lose weight because I wanted to be as pretty as possible. LOL. And guess what, I lost about 5kg within 2 weeks! ^^

Anyway, before the surgery, I talked to the doctor and changed my clothes into the operating gown. Since they needed to collect fat from my butt, I needed to change my underwear to thong! >. <;; but I didn’t…… hehehehe

Finally, my long surgery was done (took about 5hrs). The nurse came in and helped me to move to the recovery room.

Because of the hoses of blood drainage from my mouth, my mouth got really dry. I was so thirsty, but they said I can drink water after 2hrs. 

After the surgery, the dressing was put round my head for a good shape of forehead. And the pain was not quite severe because of the pain medication. (Maybe just slight toothache)

Once 2 hours had passed, I finally got to drink via a syringe, and the dressing round my head was removed~

Except for the pain in my throat, my first day went well. ^^ Even everyone, including nurse and my sister, was so surprised because I was tolerating very well and looked good. Hahaha ^^

I am going to spend a night here at the hospital and will go home tomorrow!

3rd day after the surgery

On my 2nd day, I got home with a bunch of things, such as gargle, ice pack, and all kinds of medications (pain kill, antibiotic, and so on). Hehe.

As you can see in the picture, my face was really swelling right after the surgery. T_T

Since the surgery, soup and thin porridge became my main dishes. Oh, and gargle as soon as finishing the meal!!

On my 3rd day, I visited the hospital, took out the dressing round my face, and came home with tightening bandage. ^^ The tightening bandage is much more comfortable!

Well~ now it is time to fight with swelling on my face! Arrrghhh~!

7th day after the surgery

Lately my focus is only on my swollen face. Since my 3rd day, I have tried almost everything which would diminish the swelling (drinking beverage which is good for swelling, medication, sleeping in a sitting position, taking a walk for 3hrs, applying a cold compression, and so on…).

Now look~ don’t you guys think the swelling is subsided a lot? Lol

I went to the hospital today and removed the tapes on the nose and chin. My doctor also said that my surgery went well. ^^ Yay~ I am going to keep focusing on my swollen face! Haha

Oh, and I started eating some noodle kind foods which are chopped in pieces and blended fruits. So happy!

10th day after the surgery

Wow~ the time flies like an arrow!

It’s been 10 days, and I even go out without the mask. However, I do not forget to wear tightening bandage as soon as I get home. I think swelling is subsided a lot.

Hahaha~ you know what? You can do it too~! Fighting!

14th day after the surgery

Today, the doctor removed the stitches from upper inside part of my mouth, and I received the swelling care.

When he removed the stitches, it hurt so badly! I wasn’t expecting that it would be this hurt.

Well…it is worth the pain, though. Hehehe

On the way home, inside of my mouth felt really hot, so I bought a cup of cold smoothie~

When my boyfriend saw me on that day, he was like…”there is something in your cheeks. They are chubby!” T_T

So as soon as I got home, I took a walk and lots of herbal medicine!!

A week later, I came to the hospital for stitch removing from lower inside part of my mouth. Hurt…T_ T But I felt very comfortable! Now I do not need to gargle.

A month after the surgery

Some people don’t even notice that I got plastic surgeries.

That means I look pretty natural, right? Hahahaha~ Yay! xD
