I did quick zygoma reduction + fixation with titanium and T ostoeotmy for the face

and lateral for the eyes!

it’s been 2 months, and nobody can really tell if i did any surgery

i used to inject fillers to my chin alot but i wanted something permanant for a change.

When i went to the consult, doctor suggested i dont have a very prominant cheekbone,

so recommended me quick zygoma, which is just reducing the side zygoma

.

Nowadays, you can choose natural adhension(no metal) or titanium fixation(more strong hold)

my eyes were going upwards towards the end, so i wanted to lower it for a softer image.

i could walk around with a mask on from day 3, and people didnt notice anything strange.
