Post surgery what you should exepct to do

 

After you did the facial contouring surgery

You will be expecting to wear the chin mask for a month

 

 

You should wear it everday

But avoid using it when you eat or sleep

This chin mask help the zygoma or chin to be fixed to the bone

You need to wear it for 1 hour and take it off for 30 mins repeatedly.

The wider side should go up towards your head

while the narrow side should go to the chin

Good lifestyle along with the healthy diet will help you get back to the normal life

Avoid any hard foods that you need a great strength to chew the foods

 

 

 

 

Finally, if you needs to go to work or school

You may need to cover your brusing in case it didn't dissapear in time

You can apply red lipstick on the bruise and cover it up with the good concealer

 

 

If your bruise is blue or purple use the yellow concealer

yellow or green bruise will be benefited from purple coloured concealer
